Política de cancelación

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be refunded in full. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled activity will partly be refunded(50%). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. In the event that the activity is canceled by us (for example, due to bad weather), a full refund will be provided. Participants must arrive at the designated meeting location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Any participants who arrive late may not be able to board and will not be refunded. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the boat staff and must not participate if they are under the influence of drugs. All participants will be considered as agreeing with the policy after confirming the booking.
